We can be involved at every stage of a project — from initial feasibility studies and research through design, construction supervision, commissioning and ongoing technical support. It is also possible to join a project at any intermediate stage.

Cost estimates are prepared using standard Form 1, Form 2 and Form 3 documentation, accounting for project scope, materials, labour and schedule. All calculations are agreed transparently with the client.

We perform concrete and asphalt testing along with non-destructive testing (NDT) in our own accredited laboratory. All processes are documented in line with the ISO 9001 quality management system.

Our head office is in Baku, and we deliver projects across the regions of Azerbaijan as well as in 2 neighbouring countries.

Our operations are based on the ISO 14001 environmental management system. An environmental impact assessment (EIA) is carried out for every project, with efficient resource use required throughout.
